Yesterday Improvements

  • Linkedin have underestimated its use, private messages are useful and look at value in each message end up sending out
  • Slack welcome has created a very useful way of connecting with people
  • Database also very useful, future make copy and look at it for use
  • Ideas - Future conferance and connection effect of links and contacts
  • Glasgow library = Ideas for future volunteer stuff in future here, when open
  • Senses = Look for ways to touch, see, hear, taste and smell different things future
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.30 by Murray, bit tired but ok
  • Next went on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go feed Murray and let him out
  • Now put on washing here as well
  • Then upstairs, backrub hannah then doze till 10.30
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

a  Bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 84.6kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • After that cleared up bathroom
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, light green jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day after made bed

3.  Downstairs

  • Once downstairs I had breakfast that Hannah made me here of omlette, cleared up kitchen and dishwasher unloaded then loaded
  • Now got email sorted out here, then sorted out journal as well
  • Then social plans work and then sorted out slack info + linkedin
  • After that sorted out my memory plan and also notion plans
  • Review library ideas as well here and sensory plans
  • Saw Hannah but she was doing course this afternoon here

  • Then upstairs, chat Hannah and help clearup, then down again
  • Also later on Hannah down, did some work on image histology plan here + sorting social replies
  • Then order in pizza for me, while Hannah got chinese, did offer but she prefer to order her own in
  • Also did some work sorting out python here
  • Also chatted with Hannah
  • Then threw green squeeky toy for Murray
  • Also had pizza for dinner
  • Now updated spanish plan, used search here + creativo uso espanol con buscar es palabras
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Also sorted out app design work
  • Then updated work on crypto app ebook here too
  • Chat Hannah here too, before she went to bed
  • Here I now put Murray out
  • Also browsing here
  • Then bed at 1.00

5.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Updated journal and Evernote after browsing
  • Read kindle here as well - saints of salvation here
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.15
