Yesterday Improvements

  • Idea connect in some way to ted speakers
  • Social skills much better thanks to practice here
  • Set up youtube here in future to listen to
  • Issue = Gave up aim as not motivated for it, future now motivated all plans vital
  • Social plan lot of work but good
  • Motivation due to tiredness lost = Future review this

Today

  • Theatres survived black death, life will survive covid
  • No choc plan motivation needs a boost
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health using floss then listerine before I brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85kg
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah here as well
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Also got lunch and bag packed last night
  • Then fed Murray and out
  • Also had vitamins here with Nuts/seeds
  • Updated journal here after email sorting
  • Updated vocab plan after laptop out and notion work
  • Work on memory plan too
  • Did some training with Murray as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 after updated notion here
  1. Adventure
  • I went to drive on down to work - listening to ted talk covering theatres
  • Here put stuff away then start up at 8.30

  • Then I went off for tea at 10.30

  • More HPV work sorted out here
  • Then went to go get lunch at 1

c Lunch

  • Then went on to chat with Hannah and told her about my tooth filling falling out
  • Then updated journal here as well
  • Now went to shop and got choc for £2.67
  • Here update social plan and browsing news, emails

Reflect

d Lab

  • Now back, did work on Hpv
  • Then finished up at 3.30

Break

  • Then went on to chat in tea room
  • Here evernote review and social plan work

F Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV Lab
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now drive on home, busy traffic here
  1. Home
  • Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly, she was still not feeling right
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Fed murray here
  • Then down, + updated social plan work too
  • Then went to go and throw Doughnut toy for murray for a bit
  1. Rest of the night
  • Now Hannah down
  • Updated slack information here as well as social plan
  • Then chat mum and fiona on whatsapp
  • After that went to throw Murray other ball for him
  • Updated journal here + emails sorted out and sent
  • Also Uni Histology work covering transfer write novel to word + image work here
  • Also watch tv with Hannah - films
  • Updated evernote here and journal too
  • Did work on python training and also work on crypto ebook here too
  • Then went on to relax here before bed.
  • Then went to bed at 1.30.

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth with facecream
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.00
