  • Idea - Future weekend out west end perhaps kelvingrove park walk Murray here as no parking charges

  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.50 by Murray, bit tired but ok
  • Next went on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go feed Murray and let him out
  • Chat Hannah before she left
  • Then upstairs, doze till 10
  • While waiting on Hannah who in bathroom, I worked on social plans here
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

a  Bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 84.8kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • After that cleared up bathroom
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, light blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day, after browsing delay

3.  Downstairs

  • Once downstairs I got email sorted out here
  • Then said to Hannah about picking up meal ordered her for valentines day as well

a Massaman

  • Now we went to go into glasgow, very quiet roads rather strange feeling
  • Then I went in, forgot facemask so borrowed Hannah here
  • Then got food, description was nice of it as well before left

b Tantrum doughnuts

  • Now on drive to get doughnuts, although did not know that at first, Hannah bored and wanted something different and drive
  • So got that then we waited in line, murray out car here using car lead for him

4.  Home

  • Now back, did browsing and Medium article work future + evernote work
  • Then Hannah clearing up, so I put washing away
  • Then call home, speak mum and dad for a bit after fiona message, good news she was getting out now
  • Then chill with murray and updated journal and evernote
  • Also browsing - Iwillteachyoutoberich - Mindset, lifehacker - ankle weights waste and menshealth
  • Then upstairs, chat Hannah and help clearup, then down again
  • Also did push ups, weights 20, 20 here - Issue sore shoulder noticed + Murray interrupt when push ups, quite funny if a pest
  • Also did some work sorting out python here + plan work to streamline it
  • Also chatted with Hannah
  • Also chat on whatsapp to mum for a while as well
  • Afterwards went to go and update histology book - Uni book covering Respiratory bacteria and some images sorting
  • Then threw green squeeky toy for Murray
  • Also had bagels for dinner
  • Then work on histology images too on lung
  • Then worked on updating journal here as well
  • Worked on plans here too

5.  Rest of the night

  • Next went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Now updated spanish plan, used search here + history spain al andalus era
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Sorted out python work
  • Also sorted out app design work
  • Then updated work on crypto app ebook here too
  • Chat Hannah here too + watch documentry - the cicile hotel, before she went to bed
  • Here I now put Murray out
  • Now watched Limitless here
  • Then bed at 12.00

5.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Updated journal and Evernote after browsing
  • Read kindle here as well - sid meier biog here
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.15
