  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.50 by Murray, bit tired but ok
  • Now got ready as Hannah had jab today
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

a  Bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 85.1kg, Record on phone
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, light blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go get Murray ready after let him out
  • Chat Hannah before we left

a Hydro

  • Now we went to go and drive to the hydro
  • Here got parked, then walked with Hannah to louisa jordan
  • Then she went in to go get vaccinated, while I walked Murray
  • Took him around over the bridges over the clydeside
  • Then walked back, met up with Hannah after picture Murray at the hydro here
  • Then we headed on back home

3 Home

  • Now went on back in
  • Here got valentine presents for Hannah, couples game, choc rose and car
  • Hannah got me chocolates here nice of her and card despite wind up
  • Then chat before I went upstairs

  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, light blue jumper here again
  • Now went on downstairs again

4.  Downstairs

  • Once downstairs I got social plans sorted, messaged a few people here too
  • Then had breakfast Hannah made me, nice of her
  • Then did game with hannah - couple one, nice but interesting to learn stuff about her
  • After that play monopoly for a bit with her
  • Then Hannah upstairs

  • Now back down, did social work updating here
  • Then updated emails
  • After all that went to sort out journal as well as work plans = bit more inspired here
  • Then went to sort memory plan + CPD plans
  • Also got time management and monthly review ones completed here
  • Then call home, speak mum and dad for a bit after fiona message, good news she was out now
  • Then chill with murray and updated journal and evernote
  • Also browsing - Iwillteachyoutoberich - working from home developing good calender/time management critical here, also josh specter email - Interesting link covering advertising stuff
  • Then upstairs, chat Hannah and help clearup, then down again
  • Also did push ups, weights 20, 20 here - Issue sore shoulder noticed + Murray interrupt when push ups, quite funny if a pest
  • Also did some work sorting out python here + plan work to streamline it
  • Also chatted with Hannah
  • Then memory work on mnemonics, going well here
  • Also chat on whatsapp to mum for a while as well
  • Afterwards went to go and update histology book - Uni book covering cystic fibrosis and some images sorting
  • Then work on histology images too on lung
  • Then worked on updating journal here as well
  • Worked on plans here too
  • Then did updating on sql here
  • Also app work, finished up work on book here
  • Then also python work too

5.  Rest of the night

  • Went to go and have dinner hannah made, nice of her
  • Then tv - Million ways to die in the west here
  • Next went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Now updated spanish plan, used search here + history spanish scientists
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Then updated work on crypto app ebook here too
  • Chat Hannah here too + watch documentry - the cicile hotel, before she went to bed
  • Here I now put Murray out
  • Now watched film - Map of tiny perfect things here
  • Then bed at 12.00

5.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Updated journal and Evernote after browsing
  • Read kindle here as well - sid meier biog here
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.15
