  • Organise charger, rotate between watch and murray trackers
  • Memory Plan - set up important to get it working/review ideas
  • Idea - JTBD jobs to be done, think how to make someone feel better, sale technique
  • Also idea - Chat people, how to make them feel better improve my influence
  • Writing improving due to research
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 8.30 by Murray
  • Next went on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go and let Murray out after feed him
  • Then back up, chat hannah
  • Stayed down to get his charger sorted out before jen arrived
  • After she arrived, I then went to the bathroom

Reflect

  • Future - Make sure get changed/not still pyjamas when someone arrives
  • Organise charger, rotate between watch and murray trackers

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 85kg, Record on phone
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, purple/light wine colour jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs after made bed

3.  Downstairs

  • Here worked on updating evernote, journal
  • Arranged social plans - got in touch with few people here
  • Reorganised email signatures as well as plans
  • Then Murray back from dog walk + Hannah from shopping
  • Then she browsed while I updated my journal
  • Then had breakfast that Hannah made, which was nice of her
  • Then went to update info and then Hannah happy as vaccine news
  • After that went to go and play monopoly with her + chat with fiona as well when she called
  • Then updated journal + info on bitcoin due to elon musk tesla purchase going up
  • Then SQL work as well here
  • Did review evernote ideas
  • Then went to browse for a bit here
  • After that sorted out memory plan covering country order here in size
  • After that went to browse and sort emails, stuff before fed murray
  • Then had dinner myself of chicken tikka marsala.
  • After that sorting evernote then walked Murray

  • Memory Plan - set up important to get it working/review ideas

4.  Home

  • Then chill with murray and updated journal and evernote
  • Then spoke mum and fiona on whatsapp here
  • Then organised Journal here
  • Also reviewed SQL and python
  • Later on went to go and watch tv with hannah - Eastenders and saudi documentary
  • Also updated excel sheet - more useful ideas for help in sheets
  • Then did some writing here too - ideas for writing here
  • Then did some work on cryptocurrencies = got introduction work here

5.  Rest of the night

  • Once back, went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Now updated spanish plan, used search here
  • Then did some writing work here as well
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Here I now put Murray out and had to sort him out after snow
  • Then went to watch tv series the winx saga
  • Then bed at 1.20

5.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Brief chat Hannah here before she dozed off, concerned she is becoming depressed
  • Updated journal and Evernote after browsing
  • Read kindle here as well - sid meier biog here
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.15
