- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff

- Then down, brief chat hannah, then she had lesson so went to go to Morrisons out of way

- Once in, fed Murray
- Then had dinner of tin spaghetti and sausages
- Sorted out social plans here
- Updated slack information here as well as Linkedin
- After that chat Mum on phone for a bit
- Chat Hannah then decision to just go for solarium and garden here I think
- Then went to walk Murray

5. Rest of night
- Updated journal here along evernote
- Did some work on memory plan here - A wet bed for renal functions
- After that chat hannah again and did some browsing update stuff before she went to bed
- Now watch tv = x-men future past
- Also work on SQL functions here and also python work + email sorting
- Also browing and improvement work here - dalos orbit very interesting + got reply to email to him
- Did watch some of the order as well here
- Updated evernote here before bed at 1.30
6. Bed
- To Improve health brush teeth
- Did some browsing here on phone as well
- Then bed and sleep at 1.50
