  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 8.00 by Murray and Hannah, bit tired but ok

  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into blue jeans, light blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day, after browsing delay

3.  Downstairs

  • Here worked on updating evernote, journal
  • Organised social plans - got in touch with few people here and also replies along with slack
  • Reorganised email
  • Murray also picked up by Jen who was taking him for walk
  • Then I updated my journal and evernote
  • Also read lifehacker - charles duhigg article, iwillteachyoutoberich covering mentor/mentee work + menshealth exercise review
  • After that did some exercise here as well 20 push ups as well as 20 weights front, height
  • Then I went to update credit union info, got account sorted via phone call and online banking done too
  • Then listed to Digital pathology presentation, was very interesting here
  • Then threw squeeky green toy for Murray to entertain him here
  • Then went to sort out washing, then updated journal agai
  • Also reviewed python
  • Spoke mum on whatsapp

  • After that sorted out memory plan covering cell type, need further work
  • After that went to browse and sort emails, stuff before fed murray

  • Then chill with murray and updated journal and evernote
  • Also did some work sorting out python here + plan work to streamline it
  • Also crypto seems to be going up well, nice
  • Afterwards went to go and update histology book - Uni book covering asthma and some images sorting
  • Then threw green squeeky toy for Murray
  • Worked on plans here too

5.  Rest of the night

  • Next went to work on evernote and journal again
  • Worked on sql work here too and plan to make
  • Now updated spanish plan, used search here + el pais
  • Also Updated app work as well
  • Then worked on journal as well as evernote
  • Browsing for a bit here as well
  • Also spoke with mum and dad on whatsapp here for a bit too
  • Chat Hannah here too before she went to bed
  • Here I now put Murray out
  • Then went to watch tv snowpiercer then inception
  • Then bed at 1.40

5.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Updated journal and Evernote after browsing
