Yesterday Improvements
- Meditation makes such a difference overcame negative thinking and stress worries here

1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 9.35 by Murray
- Then downstairs
a. Downstairs
- Now downstairs, here got murray fed and out
- Then went to bed again
- Here duolingo then 10 min meditation
- After that went to bathroom

- Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
- Weigh self at 84.5kg, Recorded on phone

- Then shower cold start fine, then using shampoo, body wash and facegel
