Yesterday Improvements

  • Meditation makes such a difference overcame negative thinking and stress worries here

  • Future - Use face cream, brush teeth etc

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 9.35 by Murray
  • Then downstairs

a.  Downstairs

  • Now downstairs, here got murray fed and out
  • Then went to bed again
  • Here duolingo then 10 min meditation
  • After that went to bathroom

b  Bathroom

  • Here floss, listerine, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 84.5kg, Recorded on phone
  • Next got youtube video - evan carmicheal on as well
  • Then shower cold start fine, then using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • Then go get changed into Black jeans and blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day

  • Later on went to work on journal and updating notion as well
  • Then had macaroni for dinner, mixup as Hannah planned barbecue

  • Then bed at 1.00
