  • Weight = going down, well done and keep at it
  • Idea - Use microbes to help life eg probiotics
  • Idea - Use things to boost life eg enzyme style
  • Shop list make for future = Keystone health, finance benefits here
  • Manuka honey - replace choc with this, tiptree one morrisons future
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • Youtube - good habits 10 mins
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 83.3kg
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Then fed Murray and got him out
  • Took in milk + did press ups 16 for exercising
  • Took vitamins and cod liver oil
  • Breakfast cereal had with brazil nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, grapes, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries here + music
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Listening to music here sam fender
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I walked to work

  • Arrived at work

  • Then went on to chat Hannah
  • Then went along to library after got choc for £2.67

  • Now back, did work on smalls again
  • Then finished up at 3.30

Break

  • Then went on to chat in tea room here
  • Here review notion and news too

F Lab

  • Went to go work in smalls
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Did browsing as well

  • Now on train, went to browse again

b Easterhouse

  • Now walked on home

  • Then home, chat Hannah briefly and Murray
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Then down, brief chat hannah, fed Murray
  • Then had dinner Hannah made here, chatted as well
  • Then chat mum and fiona afterwards
  • Then took Murray out

  • Walked Murray through Park here then home

  • After that back through to chat Hannah and Murray

  • Then went to Morrisons

  • Here did quick shop and got choc, cereal

  • Also did work on several other ideas as well in notion and review work on management stuff
  • After that chat hannah again and did some browsing update stuff before she went to bed
  • Then watched tv lost
  • Also did some work review manuka honey

  • Then bed at 3

6.  Bed
