- Youtube morning paying off = Feeling better now
- Weight - Exercise plan important, diet too = Health and life quality
- Morning - Idea get up 6.10, allow morning meditation and exercise fit in = Better life quality
- Night bed at - 1am = More time, feel better, health, life benefits
- No more tv series till rich enough to not need them = Extra time, motivation to succeed
- Get bag sorted at night - Free up time in morning
- Morning meditation went well - future habit now
- Exercise in morning do tomorrow with weights, push ups = Better health, life quality get weight down
- Vocab word of day add to journal daily - Improve vocab, better life quality, learning
- Idea - keystone targets more effective = much better life with so little effort
- Meditation improves life keep at it
- CPD email out but next time review to make it better quality

- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

- Now then away at 4.45.
- Had to get back as left key in locker

- Next went to go and have dinner of chicken tikka marsala after fed Murray
