- Youtube morning paying off = Feeling better now
- Weight - Exercise plan important, diet too = Health and life quality
- Morning - Idea get up 6.10, allow morning meditation and exercise fit in = Better life quality
- Night bed at - 1am = More time, feel better, health, life benefits
- No more tv series till rich enough to not need them = Extra time, motivation to succeed
- Get bag sorted at night - Free up time in morning
- Morning meditation went well - future habit now
- Exercise in morning do tomorrow with weights, push ups = Better health, life quality get weight down

- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
- Then fed Murray and got him out
- Took in milk + did quick weights for exercising
- Cleared up poop as well here
- Took vitamins and cod liver oil
- Breakfast cereal had with grapes, strawberries, blueberries here + music
- Also got journal updated here and notion
- Listening to music here bruce springsteen
- Then leave at 8.10 here

- Then went to go get lunch at 12

- Then went on to the tea room here checked emails
- Then check info about lockdown reduction
- Then browsing before back to work

- Now back, did work on specials again
- Then finished up at 3.00
Break
- Then went on to chat in Foyer here
- Here review notion and news too
F Lab
- Went to go work in specials
- Lianne also talking about interviews as well here
- Now then away at 4.45.
- Drive home
- Now went to go and drive on home
- Called hannah on way back discovered in mood over driving

- After that back through to chat Hannah and Murray
