Yesterday Improvements

  • Earlier wake up fine here

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.3kg

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs after got Murray up and collected washing basket

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Next did training with Murray after washing on
  • Also vitamins taken and had nuts and seeds, raspberries, blueberries and grapes with cereal
  • Then went to work on journal and notion here
  • Sorted out ibms journal articles here
  • Then leave at 7.50 after feed Murray

F Lab

  • Went to go work in specials
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Got changed upstairs here
  • Then down, fed Murray
  • Then outside and had dinner hannah made of pizza
  • Then chat for a bit, nice to be able to use solarium here with nice weather tonight
  • After that went to go and get Murray out a walk

5.  Rest of night

  • Here chat Hannah as watch tv - prog rip off uni course stuff in usa
  • Then did some news browsing here
  • After that did some browsing update stuff before she went to bed
  • Then watched Lost here
  • Also dozed off
  • Then got murray dog toy as usual before bed at 1.45

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used cordosyl and brush teeth
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.00
