Yesterday Improvements

  • Early wake up went well = Benefit life as more time for things I want to do
  • Learning very important, keep at it to improve life
  • Next day review put in plan - makes life more effective
  • Think how language adapt in time
  • Charger to work or new phone consider
  • Concern nothing to do with hannah as not interested in tv prog - try to find something better improve life here
  • Night issue health challenge energy levels low so ended up eating bourbons

Today

  • Future - Work hard to improve here
  • Weight - Keep eye on this, food journal make
  • Meditation - Helped overcome fear issue that weighing on mind, important keystone habit here
  • Think of other people as customers = useful idea to change perspective
  • Stop keys leaving, looking like fool = future review pockets bulking up
  • Tiredness due bed late, find way to avoid it so bad next time = set up kodi plan
  • Notice practice makes me better = Improve life add to own firestick in future
  • Bed late issue = Resolve bed time at 1am = alarm set
  • Later bed - keystone as time available for kindle, hannah etc here
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.2kg
  • Got youtube video - good morning habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs and got Murray up

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Then fed Murray and let him outside
  • Did 25 push ups here as well
  • Took vitamins
  • Then had Cereal with grapes, raspberries, blueberries, brazil nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Did training with Murray here
  • Use meditation here
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Had some music on here
  • Then leave at 7.50

  • Then finished up at 3.00

  • Then went on to chat in foyer

f Lab

  • Now back, did work on specials again here
  • Then finished up at 4.45
  • Found out getting lift from hannah here, nice of her to do that

  • Phone call jessica, bit silly left keys, hannah not happy

  • Then browsing and then fed Murray
  • Next order in dinner for us from Kastriots here
  • Now went to go browse and had dinner when arrived

  • Tv watch with hannah and throwing ball for Murray
  • Then chat mum on whatsapp for a bit here
  • After that browsing
  • Then Hannah went to bed
  • Then , watching series lost
  • Next worked to fix up firetv stick for Kelly anne here
  • Then got murray dog toy as usual before bed at 3

6.  Bed

  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.20
