Yesterday Improvements
- Early wake up went well = Benefit life as more time for things I want to do

- Meditation - Helped overcome fear issue that weighing on mind, important keystone habit here
- Think of other people as customers = useful idea to change perspective
- Stop keys leaving, looking like fool = future review pockets bulking up
- Tiredness due bed late, find way to avoid it so bad next time = set up kodi plan
- Notice practice makes me better = Improve life add to own firestick in future
- Bed late issue = Resolve bed time at 1am = alarm set
- Later bed - keystone as time available for kindle, hannah etc here

- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs and got Murray up

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
- Then fed Murray and let him outside
- Did 25 push ups here as well
- Took vitamins
- Then had Cereal with grapes, raspberries, blueberries, brazil nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
