Yesterday Improvements

  • Duolingo going well doing it in morning keep at it
  • Energy building meditation use this to reset emotions and energy surging
  • Incorporate more reading time in day - Keystone to learn
  • Cold time succeeded - Add more challenges here
  • Hannah plan - Argument run through to prevent in future
  • Future - Use face cream, brush teeth etc
  • Kindle - read at least a bit to start with when up

Today

  • Importance of triggers - Put self in right place
  • Cold shower now habit - Well done
  • Vocab word of day added to journal daily - Improve vocab, better life quality, learning
  • Murray barking plan make
  • Look at ways to communicate better
  • Idea to add travelling soldier story to add emotional impact story
  • Bed on time well done
  • Kindle reading time make in future here - bed earlier at 12.30

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.8kg
  • Listening youtube - habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - here
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I walked on down to work
  • Listen to ted talk - global warming communication talk
  • Arrived at station then train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in icc with Abbey and Lesley
  • Then I went off for meeting about lab design at 9.30, was interesting to see how this was being done
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in tea room for a bit

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on icc again with lesley and abi
  • Then finished up at 12

A lunch

  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then email renal to reassure dot

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on ICC screening of slides for a while
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out to the tea room and chat here
  • Got journal sorted as well here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and QC
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walked to the station here
  • Then on train

  • Here relax meditation work again

8. Easterhouse

  • Then went to go and walk on back home
  • Listening to my video on youtube
  • Soaked in rain here as well

9. Home

  • Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and have dinner of spaghetti here
  • Now went to browse medium articles then updated notion here as well
  • Then took Murray out

  • Here walked Murray around past railway line here then home
  • Listening to music here - Dixie chicks travelling soldier, now chicks
  • Also some killers music

10.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also whatsapp messaging people here
  • Also threw football for Murray as well till he calmed down
  • Hannah bed
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv selfless
  • Went to doze till 12.50, then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, corsodyl, brush teeth
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.15
