  • Weight stabilised = Still bit high, review diet at night see what can do

  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.3kg

  • Used cold method, still issue starting up but improving
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs after brief chat Hannah and got Murray up

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Had vitamins and cod liver oil
  • Also quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Then had cereal, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, brazil nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Got Journal updated here + Notion
  • Duolingo
  • Did meditation here as well
  • Then leave at 7.50

  • To get to work I walked along listened to ted here - How memory works
  • Arrived at station then train

  1. Work
  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up HPV with Nathan and cat also Paul as well
  • Now went on to machine sorted
  • Then I went off for tea at 10.30

  • Now did work in HPV again
  • Got email sent out as well

  • Then went to go get lunch at 1

  • Then went on to library

  • Now back, did work on hpv again
  • Then finished up at 3.30

Break

  • Then went on to chat in foyer
  • Here review news too
  • Also chat Ian a bit, then outside to chat

F Lab

  • Went to go work in hpv again
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now walked on home, rather warm so took jacket off and put in bag

  • Then home, big welcome Murray and saw Hannah who had a bad day in school
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Then down, fed Murray
  • Here had dinner of macaroni tin
  • Now went to go and walk Murray, spoke Hannah here as well

5.  Rest of night

  • Then home chat whatsapp with mum and fiona for a bit
  • After that chat hannah again and tv dragons den and then eastenders, threw ball Murray as well
  • Then chat hannah and did some browsing update stuff before she went to bed.
  • Also reply Kerry asking about course here
  • Also up to give her backrub as well
  • Then browsing and dozing as very tired out from poor sleep last few days
  • Then got murray dog toy as usual before bed at 2.30

6.  Bed

  • Now went to go and use cordosyl
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.45
