Yesterday Improvements

  • Focus mental state - Important to succeed and be happy
  • Music in morning good mood and helps murray - Important to achieve better day
  • Organisation review - bag night before sorted is important to avoid rushed feeling
  • Look how poor competing areas weaken skills eg quality check my work skills
  • Meditation helping calming self - priority for life quality
  • Set up sweet drawer in HPV, boost morale and better relationships with staff here
  • Avoid arguments/fix them earlier - Better life quality and less hassle/worry, upset for Hannah

Today

  • Youtube installed = Habit effective, life quality improved as using as wake up reset for life emotions here
  • Weight high concern = Better diet repair as poor health bad for me, hannah and future eg babies etc
  • Add time Murray train/play here in future, new skills possible
  • Ideas social reviews skills especially pandemic so life ready when normal gets back
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.9kg
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs after brief chat Hannah and got Murray up

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Got Journal updated here

  • Then leave at 7.50 after some dozing here

  • Then went on to training room
  • Did work on email, as plan see if course digital health here

  • Now back, did work on HPV again
  • Then finished up at 3.30

  • Then went on to chat in tea room
  • Here review news too

F Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV again
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Then off at easterhouse

  • Then home, big welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Then down, chat hannah, fed Murray
  • Also chat Hannah and then went to go order dinner on justeat
  • Here had dinner of bacon cheese hot dog and chicken wings
  • Now went to go and walk Murray

5.  Rest of night

  • Then home chat whatsapp with mum and fiona for a bit
  • After that chat hannah again and did some browsing update stuff before she went to bed
  • Then tv lost here and browsing, dozing
  • Then got murray dog toy as usual before bed at 2.30

6.  Bed

  • Now went to go and floss, new mouthwash and brush teeth
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.45
