1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 85kg
- Listening youtube - Simple rules to change bad habits
- To improve hygeine, I showered here. To improve discipline I used cold shower as well. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Did quick exercise 25 push ups in study
- Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good as designing my rococo morning
- Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
- Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
- Added word of the day as well - here
- Also got journal updated here and notion
- Now worked on duolingo as well x2 lessons
- Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure
- To get to work I walked on down to work
- Listen to ted talk - painting and artistic work in pandemic talk
- Arrived at station then train

3. Work
- In Lab, say hello people and get started up
- Then in ICC with Abbey and Chris
- Then did work on loading up the machines here
- Then went for break here at 10.30

- Now went to go and enjoy nice break
- Chat in tea room for a bit
4 Lab
- Now back, did work on ICC again with Chris and Abi
- Then finished up at 1
A lunch
- Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
- Then email digital path to vee and francis as well
- Also went to head on back after browsing
5. Lab
- Here went to work on ICC working on machines for a while
- Then cleared up before break
Break
- Then out to the tea room and chat here
6.Lab
- Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and QC
- Now then away at 4.45, got a lift from Hannah.
7. Lift home
- Now walked to car
- Here got a lift from Hannah with Murray home
8. Home
- Then home, chat Hannah briefly
- Got changed upstairs
- Next went to go and feed Murray
- Then chat Hannah and then fiona J and callum came round to pick up gazebo here
- Now went to browse medium articles then updated notion here as well
- Then had dinner ordered in for us, I had chicken wings and then pizza from kastriots
- Then took Murray out

- Here walked Murray around past railway line here then home
9. Home
- Then work on notion and journal here
- Also whatsapp chat mum and fiona here, conversation ok, but then Hannah intervened, started being annoying about my driving, violated my trust here as well as having told fiona before mum about her hand, led to unpleasantness as she was being a pain here
- Hannah bed
- Here went to update journal + notion
- Went to watch castaway till 12.40, then bed

10. Bed
- To Improve health flossed, used corsodyl and brushed teeth here as well
- Then bed and sleep at 1.15
