Yesterday Improvements

  • Weight stabilised = Still bit high, review diet at night see what can do
  • Add time train murray to not bark on command = Keystone as annoying and upset Hannah

  • Resisted choc - easier remove temptation take different route = Better health/finances help

Today

  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00 by Murray
  • Next went on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Now went to go feed Murray and let him out
  • Then upstairs, chat hannah then doze till 11.40, did bit of browsing too
  • After that, I then went to the bathroom

  • Here floss, corsodyl, brush teeth before shaving
  • Weigh self at 84.5kg, Record on phone
  • Youtube - Tony robbins
  • Then shower using shampoo, body wash and facegel
  • After that cleared up bathroom
  • Then go get changed into black jeans, blue jumper here
  • Then head on downstairs to prepare for day

  • An event means what you want it to mean = Implement in life to stop overthinking misery, keystone

3.  Downstairs

  • Now downstairs, then went to chat Hannah here as well and had breakfast she made me
  • Then went to head out to walk Murray here

5.  Bed

  • To Improve health use floss, listerine and brush teeth
  • Briefly read kindle - saints of salvation then sleep
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.40
