Yesterday Improvements

  • Motivate self - Find something want to do and also avoid combine it

  • Remember feed Murray 1/4 more at night
  • Also clear up poop daily prevent rank behaviour from Murray

Today

  • Microhabits - use this to start more difficult ones
  • Idea - Messages friends add humour or something to make it worthwhile
  • Look at how can reduce pollution at home
  • Review how load at night when in with someone in later on
  • Use duolingo podcast see if helpful in future
  • Idea each area plan in next day plan review
  • Overindulged ate 2x Giant choc buttons tonight = Tired and dozed as result = Future 1 per day or reduce shopping
  • Bed earlier keystone = Did not use floss etc as result or kindle

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.7kg
  • Listening youtube - 21 habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups in study
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good as designing my rococo morning
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self, put self in amicable mood for da
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Added word of the day as well - Amicable
  • Now worked on duolingo as well x2 lessons
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I walked on down to work
  • Listen to ted talk - cities and pollution
  • Arrived at station then train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in ICC with Lesley and Collette
  • Then did work on machines + student faisal showed him how ICC worked
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in tea room for a bit
  • Also updated journal here as well

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on ICC again with Lesley and Collette
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then email digital path info to vee as well
  • Also went to head on back after browsing

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on ICC working on machines for a while
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out to the tea room and chat here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and machines
  • Debate collette over how to load machines here
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. Coatdyke

  • Now walked to station
  • Here got train home

  • Then home
  • Got changed upstairs
  • After that downstairs, Had pizza for dinner after chat Hannah, who got it for me
  • Now went to sort email, articles from how to geek and medium, then updated notion here as well
  • Also chat fiona on whatsapp as well
  • Then went out to walk Murray

9.  Home

  • Then in, chat Hannah and set up handmaid tale for her
  • Also went to go and chat mum and dad on whatsapp here
  • Hannah now went to bed
  • Here went to update journal + notion
  • Also tv - pirate prog
  • Also went to browse for a bit here
  • Then did work on pancakeswap and binance
  • Also dozed till 1.30, then bed
