  • Learning very important, keep at it to improve life
  • Next day review put in plan - makes life more effective

  • Focus mental state - Important to succeed and be happy
  • Music in morning good mood and helps murray - Important to achieve better day
  • Organisation review - bag night before sorted is important to avoid rushed feeling
  • Look how poor competing areas weaken skills eg quality check my work skills
  • Meditation helping calming self - priority for life quality
  • Set up sweet drawer in HPV, boost morale and better relationships with staff here
  • Avoid arguments/fix them earlier - Better life quality and less hassle/worry, upset for Hannah
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.30
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.9kg
  • Got youtube video - focus
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs after brief chat Hannah and got Murray up

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and chat play Murray
  • Then fed Murray and let him outside
  • Put washing on too
  • Took vitamins and nuts, seeds, milk and grapes here
  • Also put bins out
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Had some music on here
  • Then leave at 7.50, bit of a rush to sort bag as choc in for lab

  • Now did work in HPV again
  • Showed Janice how to load machine here
  • Also just usual stuff as well
  • Then went to go get lunch at 12.00

c Lunch

  • Then went on to tea room
  • Chat Neil, Ryan and vee
  • Then back to work again

d Lab

  • Now back, did work on HPV again here
  • Then finished up at 3.00 as away early

e Break

  • Then went on to chat in training room
  • Also chat with vee here and sorted email from dot

f Lab

  • Now back, did work on HPV again here
  • Then finished up at 4.45 as away early

Reflect

  • Set up sweet drawer in HPV, boost morale and better relationships with staff here

  • Got changed upstairs
  • Then browsing and then fed Murray
  • Also threw green squeeky toy for Murray
  • Now went to go browse and had pasta Hannah made here for dinner
  • After that back through to walk Murray once rain done

5.  Rest of night

  • Now chat Hannah
  • Tv watch with hannah and browsing
  • Then Hannah went to bed
  • Then , watching series lost, ok then dozed off
  • Then got murray dog toy as usual before bed at 2

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, corsodyl and brush teeth
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.20
