- To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff

- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs after brief chat Hannah and got Murray up

- Then fed Murray and let him outside

- Then leave at 7.50, bit of a rush to sort bag as choc in for lab

5. Rest of night

- Then , watching series lost, ok then dozed off
- Then got murray dog toy as usual before bed at 2
6. Bed
- To Improve health used floss, corsodyl and brush teeth
- Did some browsing here on phone as well
- Then bed and sleep at 2.20
