Yesterday Improvements

  • Future - Work hard to improve here
  • Weight - Keep eye on this, food journal make
  • Meditation - Helped overcome fear issue that weighing on mind, important keystone habit here

Today

  • Weight stabilised = Still bit high, review diet at night see what can do
  • Add time train murray to not bark on command = Keystone as annoying and upset Hannah
  • Importance of lab involvement of certain people when doing other work if promote in work
  • Resisted choc - easier remove temptation take different route = Better health/finances help
  • Sleep hours review future see how can fix that
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.3kg
  • Youtube - Good habits evan carmicheal
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs after brief chat Hannah and got Murray up

Reflect

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Had vitamins and cod liver oil
  • Also put on dishwasher and quick exercise 5 lunges each leg
  • Did Murray training here
  • Then had cereal, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, brazil nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Did meditation here but slight interrupt from murray
  • Got Journal updated here + Notion
  • Then leave at 7.50 after some dozing here

Reflect

  • Now went on to machine sorted
  • Then I went off for tea at 10.30

  • Went to go work in specials again

  • Now walked on home, rather warm so took jacket off
  1. Home
  • Then home, big welcome Murray, left Hannah as she was asleep not feeling great
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Then down, fed Murray
  • Here had dinner of pizza leftovers from yesterday
  • Now went to go and walk Murray, saw Hannah who was still tired out from poor sleep

5.  Rest of night

  • Then home chat whatsapp with mum and fiona for a bit
  • After that chat hannah again and tv - louis theroux documentary on tirger king, did some browsing update stuff before she went to bed
  • Then tv lost here and browsing, dozing as very tired out from poor sleep last few days
  • Then got murray dog toy as usual before bed at 1.30

Review

  • Sleep hours review future see how can fix that

6.  Bed

  • Now went to go and use cordosyl
  • Did some browsing here on phone as well
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.45
