  • Youtube on way home helped boost mood
  • Bed much too late, set time 1.00am bed, alarm
  • Create challenge plan, something to review when face challenge
  1. Wake up
  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.9kg
  • Listening youtube - Billionaire habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change, chat Hannah
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise stretch legs but unsatisfactory
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I drove to work

  • Now back, did work on allocation again with Nathan
  • Then finished up at 3.30

Break

  • Then out to the tea room and chat here
  • Got journal sorted as well here

F Lab

  • Went to go work in allocation
  • Now then away at 4.45.

Easterhouse

  • Then went to go and walk on back home
  • Listening to music on youtube

  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and have dinner of chicken tikka marsala after fed Murray
  • Now went to browse then updated notion here as well
  • Then took Murray out

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Watch tv stuff lost while browsing and reviewing stuff
  • Hannah bed
  • Also went to chat Mum, dad and fiona on whatsapp here as well
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv relax and lost
  • Went to watch lost then doze till 3.00, then bed

Reflect

  • Bed much too late, set time 1.00am bed, alarm

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used corsodyl
  • Then bed and sleep at 3.15
