Yesterday Improvements
- Microhabits - use this to start more difficult ones
- Idea - Messages friends add humour or something to make it worthwhile
- Look at how can reduce pollution at home

- Overindulged ate 2x Giant choc buttons tonight = Tired and dozed as result = Future 1 per day or reduce shopping

- Health improve - Focus on diet/exercise and review others
- Journal at night - Keystone as delayed Duolingo only one lesson today
- Microhabits help - Something better than nothing
- Use notion during day to reflect/fix stuff, sort at breaks
- Be careful with Hannah and family, can be turned on me
- Trust only me - Everyone else will turn on me in instant
- Avoid physical reminder that Hannah can turn on me, future be more effective
1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.9kg
- Listening youtube - Health improvements
- To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Did quick exercise 25 push ups in study + 5 push ups
- Also vitamins taken + not using epicure taste here as food was still good as designing my rococo morning
- Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
- Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self, put self in amicable mood for day
- Also got journal updated here and notion
- Added word of the day as well - Dross
- Now worked on duolingo as well lessons
- Then leave at 7.50 here

- To get to work I got lift from Hannah to work
- Arrived at station then train

- In Lab, say hello people and get started up
- Then in ICC with Lesley and Pam
- Then did work on screening
- Then went for break here at 10.30
A Break
- Now went to go and enjoy nice break
- Chat in tea room for a bit
- Also updated journal here as well
4 Lab
- Now back, did work on ICC again with Lesley and Pam
- Also Morag goodbye speech here as well
- Also spoke Geraldine about ICC request here
- Then spoke with Lynn G and also lianne to fix it as new ICC request for stain + issue with Keep request being missed
- Then finished up at 1
A lunch
- Went to training room, where turned into food bit for Morag retirement do
- Then chat here for a bit
- Also went to head on back after browsing
5. Lab
- Here went to work on ICC working on screening for a while
- Pam mentioned about clearing up 95% as had water in it, forgot to do that
- Then cleared up before break

- Use notion during day to reflect/fix stuff, sort at breaks

- Then out to the tea room and chat here
6.Lab
- Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and also helped out Pam with ICC request making on optimall new stock sorter
- Now then away at 4.45.
7. Coatdyke
- Now lift from Hannah
- Here we drove to paisley
a Taco bell
- Here got taco bell for everyone
- Then went to head in
b Paisley
- Now went to go and chat mum, dad, fiona, harris here
- Then had dinner which was nice
- Then Uncle micheal and Aunt carol appeared, chat for a bit as well
- Then more chatting but got annoyed as Hannah undermining me with tree chat
- Also Hannah unpleasant about seeing Harris, snarky remarks, comments about driving
- Also noticed conversation with nobody backing me on anything
- Sad end to a seemingly nice evening

C Drive home
- Now drive home Hannah, argument ensued as hannah annoyed that pulled her finger to remind her to stop being horrible to me

- Then home
- Got changed upstairs
- After that downstairs, Had doughnuts while Hannah bed
- Now went to browse and then dozed off after mandalorian watch a bit of it
- Also dozed till 12.30, then bed
10. Bed
- To Improve health used corsodyl
- Then bed and sleep at 1.35
