a Life

  • Out bed - automate here and will win
  • Time short to get duolingo

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.2kg
  • Listen evan carmicheal - what millionaires did as teens
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Then scoop poop and sorted out breakfast as well
  • Then did training with Murray as well
  • Next updated journal here as well
  • Added word of the day as well - callow
  • Did duolingo work as well before got ready to leave
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • Idea - Use word of day in journal at least once eg callow idea here but will improve in time

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got a lift in with Hannah, things still not quite right though
  • Then listen ted talk at station -chinese environmental map use
  • Arrived at station then train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up

  • Then went for break here at 10.30

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in tearoom for a bit

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on Embedding
  • Then help lab with sorting out blocks for Euan and getting Beth through to help as well
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Then listen video here -Will smith on discipline for a bit
  • Then library did journal work
  • Then back to work

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on allocation
  • Then cleared up before break at 3.30

Break

  • Then out to the foyer chat here

  • Here went to work on allocation
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now walk to station

  • Here on train, then head home

  • Now got lift from Hannah home here

8. Home

  • Then home
  • Got changed upstairs, brief chat hannah here
  • Next went to go and feed Murray
  • Then dinner here pizza and chat Hannah
  • Then went to walk Murray

9. Rest of night

  • Update osmosis stuff here and browsing
  • Also chat hannah and browsing
  • Then Hannah went to bed
  • Went to watch something about mary
  • Then primeval as well and browse then bed at 12.10 after packed bag

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used listerine, brush teeth
  • Browsing here and kindle reading think and grow rich
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.20
