1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.40, remembering not to abjure this with time
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff

- To Improve health used listerine, brush teeth
