1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.24, remembering not to abjure this with time
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 85kg

- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

- To get to work I got a lift from Hannah to station

- Now went to go and get roll sam ordered in £1.70

4 Lab
- Now back, did work on ICC screening today
- Had to speak GOD about ab MSA/Actin that no longer existed and troubleshooting
- Helped out ICC rest of time with Sam
- Then finished up at 1

- Then to the library and went to work on journal and notion
- Then back to work
5. Lab
- Here went to work on ICC
- Now then away at 3.30.
A Break
- Now went to go and enjoy nice break
- Chat in foyer
6 Lab
- Now back, work on ICC again
- Then got everything up and running
- Then finished up at 4.45
7. Drive home
- Now lift Hannah home
8. Home
- Then home
- Changed here then fed Murray
- Also went to cook tacos for dinner
- Then had dinner with Hannah here
- Then went to go get Murray out

- Here walked Murray around the park here
9. Home
- Then back and chat Hannah here
- Hannah bed, I stayed up watching tv - Primeval
- Went to relax and browse then bed at 3
11. Bed
- To Improve health flossed, used listerine and brush teeth
- Then bed and sleep at 3.20
