  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change

  • Then went for break here at 10.30

  • Now back, did work on smalls again
  • Then finished up at 1

7. Lift home

  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray

  • Hannah bed chat just before she went

  • Then 12.45 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used listerine and brush teeth
  • Then in bed
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.30
