- Alarm review as slept past it

1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.30, remembering not to abjure this with time
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
- To keep eye on Health weigh self 84kg
- Listening to youtube - Tony robbins
- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Also got Milk in as well here
- Also got journal updated here and notion
- Then leave at 7.50
3. Adventure
- To get to work I walked to work - Listening ted talk - call out call in
- Arrived at station then train

- Here did meditation for a bit
- Then off train
3. Work
- In Lab, say hello people and get started up
- Then on HPV with Nathan and Neil today
- Then went for break here at 10.30

- Now went to go and work on python in training room
- Chat vee here as well
4 Lab
- Now back, did work on HPV
- Then finished up at 1
A lunch
- Then to the library and went to work on python here
- Then back to work
5. Lab
- Here went to work on HPV
- Now then away at 3.30.
A Break
- Now went to go and enjoy nice break
- Chat in foyer
6 Lab
- Now back, work on HPV
- Then got everything up and running
- Then finished up at 4.45
7. Drive home
- Now lift Hannah home
8. Home
- Then home
- Chat Mum as she got bad news about eye with glaucoma here
- Changed here then fed Murray
- Also went to order in food for us from just eat
- Then went to go get Murray out

9. Home
- Then back and chat Hannah here
- Also worked on python as well here
- Hannah bed, I stayed up watching tv
- Went to relax and browse then bed at 2.30
11. Bed
- To Improve health flossed, used listerine and brush teeth
- Then bed and sleep at 2.40
