- Avoid lollygag activities, review whether something is worthwhile when doing it
- Idea - Record food in myfitnesspal = Reduce excess and keep record of it

- To plan for today I awoke at 6.05, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
- Also duolingo updated here
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Did training with Murray here after clear up poop
- Also got cereal, blueberries, grapes, seeds and nuts
- Added word of the day as well - Lollygag
- Also got journal updated here and notion

- Went to chill a bit as well
- Then leave at 7.50 here

- To get to work I got lift from hannah on down to work
