a Life

  • Get up at 6, find way to do it
  • Habit change - look at reaction and alter its meaning eg what did with choc lunch to video
  • Duolingo - Night use when morning busy
  • 6 up needed - Miss cereal, duolingo here
  • Worse obstacles than what I have had been beaten - use habit plan to crush other challenges
  • Find ways to motivate bed earlier by 12

  • Discipline use for up at 6am habit building
  • Idea - think replacement eg instead sleep inset new habit
  • Idea- Use library for journal updating, check in much more useful here

Today

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.50, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • Keep eye on Health weigh self 85kg
  • Improve hygeine, as have time to shower here, cold shower and improve health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff + clean drain stuff too
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go let Murray out and fed him
  • Added word of the day as well - Flexuous
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

A lunch

  • Went to go call Hannah see how she was getting on
  • Then went to go and browse in library
  • Also updated journal here

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on allocation
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out chat in training room as watching Olympics
  • Also update journal and kindle reading

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in allocation
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walk to station

a Train

  • Here on train, then head home

b Easterhouse

  • Now walked on back home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray + chat Hannah, friends Cissi, Lisa and Fiona here
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Now dozed for a bit as well as charging phone which battery had died earlier on
  • Then downstairs, chat with Hannah and her friends again before leaving

a Drive to Gym

  • Now drove along to the gym
  • Then arrived and headed on in

B Gym

  • Then in, went to go and change
  • Then went to chill in jacuzzi and then steam room
  • After that changed then left to head home

C Morrisons

  • Since needed dental floss, went to morrisons here
  • Then in, got dental floss, stuff before head back, dragged out as more time while hannah friends round

9. Home

  • Then home, chat Hannah + friends here
  • Then had pizza for dinner here
  • After that they left, except cissi who was staying over
  • Did some browsing here and read kindle - Think and grow rich
  • After Hannah and Cissi left, I went to browse, then bed at 12.45

10.  Bed

  • To Improve health used listerine
  • Also browsing
  • Then kindle - think and grow rich
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
