1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.04, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

  • Improve hygeine, as have time to shower here, cold shower and improve health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff + clean drain stuff too
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go let Murray out and fed him
  • Did training with him here and had breakfast too
  • Added word of the day as well - Nimrod
  • Then did work on duolingo here as wel
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • Arrived at station then train

  • Then did work on ICC again
  • Located some tonsil cases as well here

  • Went to walk to library
  • Then went to go and browse in library

  • Here went to work on ICC again with Sam and Kelly anne
  • Then cleared up before break

  • Then out chat in tea room

  • Went to go work in ICC
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Here on train, then head home

  • Now walked on back home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Now charging phone for the gym
  • Then downstairs, fed Murray here as well and then packed up bag before leaving for the gym
  • Also chat Hannah here as well briefly before went, discussing going to aberdeen in 2 weeks time

a Drive to Gym

  • Now drove along to the gym
  • On way got fuel at morrisons
  • Tony Robbins talk - get in mood for gym
  • Then arrived and headed on in after took thermobol pill

B Gym

  • Then in, went to go and change
  • Here upstairs listening to gym music
  • Then treadmill 5 mins 10 after play about with it
  • Then chest 75kg 3x12
  • Then legs 75kg 3x12
  • Then stomach one 40kg 3x12
  • After that down and changed
  • Then went to chill in jacuzzi and then steam room
  • After that changed then left to head home after morrisons trip

Reflect

  • Gym going well, diet helping I think too

C Morrisons

  • Since needed stuff, went to morrisons here
  • Then in, got choc, spaghetti stuff for friday and usual stuff before left

9. Home

  • Then home, chat Murray
  • Then sorted out gym bag
  • Next washing sorted out here as well
  • Then as Murray being pest took him out

  • Here walked him around estate then home

10. Rest of the night

  • Then had macaroni for dinner here that Hannah made before
  • Did some browsing here and tv - primeval as well
  • Also got atom and also chainlink here too
  • Then bed at 12.10 after bag sorted and prepared for tomorrow

11.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, listerine, brush teeth then face gel
  • Also browsing
  • Then kindle - think and grow rich
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
