1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 8.30 by Murray
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey downstairs
2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Then did some push ups 15 before murray in
- Then back to bed, where did meditation for 10 minutes
- Then did duolingo x2 here as well
- Then browsing before went to bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change after cleaned bathroom and made bed
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

10. Bed
