1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.2kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal jay schitt habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Added word of the day as well - Desolate
  • Also got journal updated here and notion, managed to avoid perusing useless stuff here
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Updated myfitnesspal here as well
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I walked in listening to ted talk - water drinking
  • Here chatted for a while
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Then off train, walk to work, chat with paul here

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in Dissection, did smalls first Euan then later on Ryan
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in Foyer for a bit
  • Also got journal updated as well

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on allocation again
  • Also did presentation on embedding stuff as well
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then to library, did some browsing here
  • Also got Paul ticket sorted as well

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on smalls again
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out in Foyer and chat here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in smalls did work on machines
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walk to station

  • Here did some browsing for a bit

  • Now walked on back home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray + chat Hannah
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Now went to sort out washing
  • Then went to go and chat with Hannah here as well before leaving

a Drive to gym

  • Drive to gym, got radio on here
  • Mood down and felt out of sorts here

  • Now in, did temp check then in and changed ready for gym
  • Then in jacuzzi went to relax and plan ahead, then steam room
  • After that went to go and change
  • Then left and drive home

  • Here did shopping stuff
  • Then fuel for car before head home

  • One off ok as long as one off

9.  Home

  • Then unpack and sort stuff
  • Hannah bed chat here
  • Next downstairs, watched avengers
  • Here went to update journal + notion
  • Also took lateral flow as felt bit out of sorts
  • Went to browse, doze till 4.10 then bed

  • To Improve health used listerine
  • Then bed and sleep at 4.20
