1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.5kg
  • Listening youtube - tony robbins boosting life
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, then teaspoon of honey not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - Succumb
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in icc with Abi and fiona
  • Then worked on machines
  • Also spoke aoisha about controls here as well
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in Foyer for a bit

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on icc again with lesley and Abi
  • Also had meeting Lianne first as tech manager with huddle
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Hannah called, spoke to her about Murray limping
  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then to library, did browsing here
  • Then update journal here

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on ICC machines setting up for a while
  • Got cell blocks sorted out here
  • Also meeting vee leading digital path set up
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out to the foyer and chat here
  • Got journal sorted as well here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and QC
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now walk to station

  • Here on train, then head home

  • Now walked home
  • Listening to duolingo podcast but not that good sadly

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and order in dinner as Hannah bad day school
  • Dinner later in sadly from kastriots
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then had dinner before walked Murray

  • Short walk around esate but Murray paws seemed fine

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also threw ball for Murray as well till he calmed down
  • Hannah bed
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv watch film - passenger
  • Went to relax and browse till 12.35 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, corsodyl, brush teeth and face cream
