1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 83.2kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal muhammaed ali
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • As tailbone sore, left doing quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Cleared up outside poop
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - Gadfly
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I got a lift on down to work

  • Then went for break here at 10.30

  • Now back, did work on specials here again

  • Went to tea room and chat here

  • Here went to work on specials
  • Then cleared up before break

  • Then out to the foyer and chat here
  • Got journal sorted as well here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in specials, did work on slides sorting here
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walk to station

  • Here did some browsing for a bit

  • Now got lift from Hannah home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then later on went to go and play with Murray as too wet to walk him
  • Then went to go off to the gym

  • Here went to the gym in car

b Gym

  • Now in, did temp check then in and changed ready for gym
  • Used Thermobol as well here one pill
  • After that went to go and do 5 min treadmill 10.7km, 3 incline, 40 secs 13.2km
  • Then 3x 12 chest at 70kg + 90kg x3 try
  • Then 3x12 leg at 80kg + 100kg x4 try
  • Then 3x12 abdom at 45kg + 60kg x 4 try
  • Then 3x12 back at 45kg + 60kg x 4 try
  • Then 3x12 shoulder at 25kg + 45kg x 2 try
  • Listening music here - Gym music set up - the man, phoenix, more than you know, pump it up, eye of tiger, its my life
  • After that went to go get changed
  • Then in jacuzzi went to relax and plan ahead + steam room
  • After that went to go and change
  • Then left and drive home

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Sorted out bag and had dinner spaghetti and sausages
  • Also put bin out as well
  • Hannah bed chat just before she went
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv Avengers
  • Also major journal update on review plans here
  • Also work on browsing useful articles and also uni ebook here
  • Then updated duolingo and sleep plan here
  • Got SAH email sent to Allan as well
  • Then 12.10 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, Listerine, brush teeth and face cream
  • Then in bed, browse then read kindle
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
