Yesterday Improvements

a Life

  • Poor sleep - Difficult start here
  • Idea - Habit review to build good ones

  • Will smith skydiving story - Use this to overcome obstacles
  • Cold shower nomalised - Using it to overcome tiredness/other stress wash away feeling - Better life, ability to succeed
  • Idea - Put benefit each idea create - Improve motivation and show reason for it

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.55 by Murray
  • Now to create a magical day, I travelled the journey downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Then went to exercise 25 push ups here
  • Then back to bed, browsing, then chat Hannah before duolingo here x3 , meditation
  • Then back to bed and doze till 11 before went to bathroom at 12

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.2kg
  • Listening youtube - successful stories
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change after cleaned bathroom and made bed
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

  • Then went to go off to meet everyone for night out

  • Also browsing and dozing till 2.40, then bed

  • Then bed and sleep at 2.45
