a Life

  • Idea - Think plan do check review
  • Noticed tired even with extra sleep - Review sleep plan see how can improve this for better life
  • Myfitnesspal - Good habit now just add at night too
  • Meditation - Good to remove feelings of desolation and bring focus to day
  • Duolingo - No lives hearts annoying review
  • Idea - Desperate can motivate being careful to win, useful in future reviewing
  • Ideas - don't listen to myths
  • Stress headache, began - Stress plan create = Important to reduce this at work as affects life
  • Future - Go into gym area, even if not 100% will get easier - Important to improve in future
  • Shop list get back into it again
  • One off ok as long as one off
  • Idea - Add cabbage, brocoli next time and use it
  • Sleep plan review - Bed much too late

  • Talk Hannah at this point waste of time = Ignore her unless she is being nice in future

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.3kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal - Billionaire habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - exhilarate
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Also SAH planning stuff
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift from Hannah to station
  • Listening to ted talk - poor people and law
  • Arrived at station then train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in HPV with Kelly anne and courtney
  • Then went for break here at 10.00

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in Foyer for a bit

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on HPV
  • Also did some ICC troubleshooting as well
  • Then finished up at 12.15

A lunch

  • Then to foyer and chat
  • Then back to work

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV machines set up here
  • Also did work on ICC sheets and got in touch office here + also earlier sent off louise stuff to her
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out to the tea room and chat here
  • Also spoke office about sheets here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV and troubleshooting machines as well as making controls
  • Now then away at 4.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walk to station

a Train

  • Here on train, then head home

b Easterhouse

  • Now walked on home here as well

8. Home

  • Then home, chat Hannah briefly who grumpy mood
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and collect Murray from clippers
  • Then dinner of tin spaghetti and sausages
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then left for walk Murray

  • Talk Hannah at this point waste of time = Ignore her unless she is being nice in future

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also chat with mum and dad on whatsapp = Speaking about holiday plan in june
  • Hannah bed, gave her rub later on as well
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv watch - some avengers but very tired here
  • Went to relax and browse then dozed till 12.15 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used listerine
  • Then bed and sleep at 12.10
