1. Wake up

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - blithesome

  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • Arrived at station then train

  • In Lab, said hello people and get started up
  • Then in hpv with Nathan and Paul
  • Then worked on machines
  • Released results by 9.30
  • Then dealt with delivery here as well
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

  • Now back, did work on hpv again with Nathan and Paul
  • Also helped out with Renal gluteraldehyde
  • Also spoke Carol about ICC sheet for abs
  • Then got everything up and running
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Then to shop for choc for £2.67
  • In library and browsed here
  • Also updated journal and emails sorting
  • Then back to work

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV machines setting up here
  • Did some labeling here as well
  • Then had meeting vee had presentation on digital path group
  • Then cleared up before break

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also chat with mum, fiona and dad on whatsapp = Speaking about holiday plan in june
  • Hannah bed, gave her backrub later on as well
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv watch - Mandalorian
  • Also relax as well
  • Went to relax and browse then dozed till 2.35 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health flossed, used corsodyl then brushed teeth
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.30
