Yesterday Improvements

  • Tired feeling, just go to bed
  • Bed earlier as time set here for brush teeth, kindle etc

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.30 by Murray
  • Now to create a magical day, I travelled the journey downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Then back to bed and duolingo here then doze till 11
  • Then browsing, chat Hannah here before went to bathroom at 12

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.2kg
  • Listening youtube - Good habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change after cleaned bathroom and made bed
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

3.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go chat Murray
  • Had nice breakfast that Hannah made
  • Also vitamins taken as well
  • Then chat Hannah and since Lisa coming round, decided to go out to paisley

  • Here drove down and chat mum and dad
  • Then went to go and watch football - st johnstone v st mirren on tv, 2-1 sadly but ok game
  • Then went to chat for a bit
  • Next took Murray walk quickly round estate with mum, dad and hamish
  • Then head home

5. Home

  • Then in and chat Hannah
  • Went to go and feed Murray here
  • After that went to go and have dinner of yesterday thai curry
  • After that downstairs, here went to work on notion and Journal here
  • Also browsing
  • Then went to go and walk Murray

  • Then head home

7. Home

  • In, watch tv Jupiter legacy
  • Also doze on and off here too and browsing, work on excel sheet as well for ICC
  • Also browsing and relax till 1.40, then bed

10.  Bed

  • Then bed and sleep at 1.45, after browsing
