1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 8.00 by Murray
  • Now to create a magical day, I travelled the journey downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Put on washing as well here
  • Then back to bed and doze till 11
  • Then browsing, duolingo here before went to bathroom at 12

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change after cleaned bathroom and made bed
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

3.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go chat Murray
  • Had nice breakfast with Hannah and chatted here

  • Then stacey arrived here as well, chat before she went outside with Hannah

  • Did call home about trying to go round and see harris but no luck
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray quickly

  • Then 3x 12 chest at 70kg

  • Then 3x12 abdom at 45kg
  • Listening music here - Bon jovi, pump it up here then eye of the tiger
  • Did free weight at 7.5kgkg 3 mins olympic lifts work
  • After that went to go get changed
  • Then in jacuzzi went to relax and plan ahead

  • Then left and drive home

  • Now went to browse and then had dinner that Hannah got from chinese

  • In, watch tv with Hannah then she went to bed
  • I stayed up watching jupiter legacy
  • Also browsing and relax till 1.40, then bed

10.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, corsodyl, brush teeth and then face cream
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.45, after browsing
