Yesterday Improvements

  • Health improve - Focus on diet/exercise and review others

  • Downstairs - Should be more like during week as better preperation for day here
  • Remember self reliance vital as may have nobody else that cares about me
  • Up earlier to avoid ambushes like this

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 7.30 by Murray
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Then back to bed and doze till 11
  • Then browsing before went to bathroom at 12

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85.4kg
  • Listening youtube - 100 days improvements
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here get rid of dross in life. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well boosting willpower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change after cleaned bathroom and made bed
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

3.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go chat Murray
  • Then Hannah decided she wanted to go out
  • Also vitamins taken + not using epicure taste here as food was still good as designing my rococo morning, also took nuts and seeds

4. Adventure drive

  • Now we went to head out

A Shopping

  • Then travel to flowerscene, where I walked Murray while hannah got her stuff
  • After that went to opie emporium shop in hillington, where Hannah got Murray stuff
  • Then head home

  • Then home
  • Got washing sorted upstairs, Hannah being unpleasant again
  • After that downstairs, here went to work on notion and Journal here

  • Then went to go off to the gym, after fed Murray

  • Now in, did temp check then in and changed ready for gym

  • After that went to go and do 5 min treadmill 10.7km, 3 incline
  • Then 3x 12 chest at 60kg
  • Then 3x12 leg at 70kg
  • Then 3x12 abdom at 45kg
  • Listening music here - Eye of the tiger then pump it up here
  • Did free weight at 10kg 3 mins olympic lifts work
  • After that went to go get changed
  • Then in jacuzzi went to relax and plan ahead
  • After that went to go and change

  • Here went to go and get fuel for car £20

6. Home

  • Now went to browse and then dozed off after mandalorian watch a bit of it
