1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom
A Bathroom
- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- Listening youtube - 7 habits success
- To improve hygeine, I showered here. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
- To get sorted out and went to change
- Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2. Downstairs
- Here went to go feed and let Murray out
- Did quick exercise 25 push ups in study
- Also vitamins taken + nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good as designing my rococo morning
- Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
- Cleared up poop in garden as well
- Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
- Added word of the day as well - Sprightly
- Also got journal updated here and notion
- Now worked on duolingo as well x2 lessons
- Then leave at 7.50 here

- Went to training room, did some revision

- Here went to work on ICC working on machines for a while
- Also cell blocks work here
- Spoke Vee, got time to finish up early for exam tomorrow
- Then cleared up before break

- Then out to the tea room and chat here

- Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and QC
- Also finished up cell block here and tidying up here too
- Now then away at 4.45.
7. Coatdyke
- Now walked to station
- Here got train home

- Then home
- Got changed upstairs
- Next went to go and feed Murray
- After that downstairs, chat Hannah as well for a bit
- Then had pizza leftovers for dinner
- After that went to go and head to Morrisons

- Here went to go and do shopping for myself and Hannah
- Then head home

- Then Hannah out, chat then she went to go to bed
- Wished a few people like Maria, Joan, Kimberley C and Isla good luck for tomorrow
- Also went to go and watch the mandalorian as kept Murray calm
- Dozed a little bit here then bed at 2
