Yesterday Improvements

a Life

  • Best way to learn something, get experience doing it
  • Develop Sprightly habit - recharging energy eg during meditation put self in right mood
  • Spanish habit established, now find use for it
  • Look at self how to get trusted
  • Shopping list very helpful, making permanent
  • Future - Shop list add broccoli consider + other beneficial foods
  • Idea - Management course convert to ebook
  • CPD - Get IBMS article sent out
  • Bed earlier reminder not to doze on couch

Today

  • Ability to freeze ego/thinking and automate doing something
  • Cold shower good at wake up refresher + build way to overcome fear
  • Idea for work - Build a database for controls, specials ICC and possibly stock
  • Copy excel sheets, do some work and then send to relevant people
  • Spanish habit established, now find use for it
  • Look at self how to get trusted
  • Idea - temp check when in + hot owl hannah
  • Bed earlier reminder not to doze on couch

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 83.4kg
  • Listening youtube - 6 habits better life
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here. To improve discipline and herald my arrival to the morning, I used cold shower as well. Bonus health using shampoo as well as facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Also vitamins taken + nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good as designing my rococo morning
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Cleared up poop in garden as well
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - Sprightly still
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Now worked on duolingo as well x2 lessons
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I walked on down to work

  • Arrived at station then train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in ICC with Pam and colin
  • Then did work on screening here
  • Then went for break here at 10.00

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in tea room for a bit
  • Also updated journal here as well

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on ICC again with Colin and pam
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Went to go to shop got choc for £2.67
  • Then in library, did a mix of revision and browsing here
  • Then headed on back

5. Lab

  • Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and QC
  • Spoke Carol here as away at 3, had slides laid out fine
  • Now then away at 3

Lab Reflect

7. Hannah lift

  • Now lift Hannah + Murray back

8. Home

  • Then home
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and quick revise
  • Then began exam - Think fine for multiple choice, short answer questions tougher but still ok
  • After that went to go and chat Hannah and Murray
  • Then got Murray fed after he dozed for a bit beside me browsing
  • Then took Murray a walk here

  • Then head home

10. Rest of night

  • Then back, had risotto for dinner
  • Then went to go and chat whatsapp with Mum - talk about exam, fiona interview tmw and aunt trisha daft stories about vaccine checking
  • Then later on tony at door for parcel, had a chat with him, asking how is mother was
  • Then Hannah chat before she went to go to bed + hot owl to keep her warm
  • Also went to go and watch some of the kingsman but tired out so dozed
  • Dozed a little bit here then bed at 2

10.  Bed

  • To Improve health corsodyl
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.15
