1. Wake up

  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - Divers
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • Now back, did work on ICC here again

  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then to library, did some browsing here

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on ICC setting up for a while and helping out Colin again
  • Also cell block work
  • Then cleared up before break

  • Then out to the tea room and chat here

  • Went to go work in ICC, did work on slides
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray quickly

  • Then head home

9. Home

  • Then home, chat Hannah briefly then bag packed
  • Then went to go off to the gym

  • Now in, did temp check then in and changed ready for gym
  • Used Thermobol as well here one pill
  • After that went to go and do 5 min treadmill 10.7km, 3 incline, 30 secs 12.2km
  • Then 3x12 abdom at 45kg + 60kg x 4 try
  • Then 3x12 leg at 80kg + 100kg x4 try
  • Then 3x12 shoulder at 25kg + 45kg x 2 try
  • Then 3x 12 chest at 70kg + 90kg x3 try
  • Listening music here - Gym music set up - the man, phoenix, more than you know, pump it up
  • After that went to go get changed
  • Then in jacuzzi went to relax and plan ahead + steam room
  • After that went to go and change
  • Then left and drive home
