1. Wake up
- To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
- Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

- Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.

- Then 3x12 abdom at 45kg, x2 at 60kg
- Then 3x12 shoulder at 30kg, x2 at 50kg

- Did free weight at 5gkg 3 mins olympic lifts work
- After that went to go get changed
- Then in jacuzzi went to relax and plan ahead

- Went to relax and browse then dozed till 12.35 then bed
