Yesterday Improvements

  • Downstairs - Good start, just need plan bit better and will be there
  • Discipline - Important for life structure, building it using willpower good times to enhance it
  • Add in time taken to complete tasks, better future planning
  • Use pineapple or courgette ideas, research further if needed

Today

  • Ish ethanol put in
  • Double space reds even if need another rack
  • Watch water as leaked out here
  • Careful with sheets daft mixup with case already in
  • Future - Plan ahead controls as caught short here
  • Make sure Machines loaded slides before tea
  • Have all antibodies sorted and ready to go

  • Importance of small steps to build discipline
  • Cold shower - good way to use to improve willpower
  • Look at life to avoid complacency
  • Communicate better with Hannah as causing issues
  • Future - 1 teaspoon honey morning and night also bourbon count when eating

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.7kg
  • Listening youtube - 10 habits better discipline
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - Abjure
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I walked on down to work

  • Then in icc with Aimei and Lesley

  • Then worked on machines

  • Then went for break here at 10.30

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on icc again with lesley and aiemei
  • Then finished up at 1

  • Went to Foyer and chat for bit

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on ICC machines setting up for a while
  • Then cleared up before break

  • Then out to the foyer and chat here
  • Got journal sorted as well here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in ICC, did work on sorting out slides and QC
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now surprise lift Hannah

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and have biscuits as not sure dinner
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Also bitcoin, coinbase etc
  • Then Hannah down, not happy as not had pizza for dinner over mixup

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also threw ball for Murray as well till he calmed down
  • Hannah bed
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv start to watch film - passenger but too tired to concentrate
  • Also felt poorly as well, not sure if bourbons or honey rush
  • Went to relax and browse till 12.35 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, corsodyl, brush teeth and face cream
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
