1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 85kg
  • Listening youtube - Atomic habits james clear
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - Paean
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

  • To get to work I walked on down to work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in hpv with Kelly anne and Paul
  • Then went for break here at 10.00

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on HPV here again
  • Then finished up at 12

  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then to library, did some browsing here
  • Then update journal here

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV machines setting up for a while
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out to the foyer and chat here
  • Got journal sorted as well here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in HPV, did work on machine organisation
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Now walk to station, saw euan here chat briefly then train

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray quickly

  • Then home, chat Hannah briefly then bag packed
  • Then went to go off to the gym

  • Used Thermobol as well here one pill
  • Then 3x 12 chest at 70kg + 90kg x3 try
  • Then 3x12 leg at 70kg + 90kg x4 try
  • Then 3x12 abdom at 45kg + 60kg x 2 try
  • After that went to go and do 5 min treadmill 10.7km, 3 incline
  • Listening music here - Gym music set up - the man, phoenix, more than you know, pump it up
  • Did free weight at 7.5kgkg 3 mins olympic lifts work
  • After that went to go get changed
  • Then in jacuzzi went to relax and plan ahead
  • After that went to go and change
  • Then left and drive home

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Hannah bed + up later gave her backrubs
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv Jupiter legacy
  • Went to relax and browse till 12.35 then bed

  • To Improve health used floss, corsodyl, brush teeth and face cream
  • Then in bed, browse then read kindle
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.10
