Yesterday Improvements

a Life

  • Idea - Think what if did opposite here
  • Dentist - Tooth sore due chipped, arrange call on friday
  • Felt bit out of sorts here - Routine helping to overcome this though
  • Idea - sometimes using rictus appearance can help modify actual mood
  • Myfitnesspal - Good habit now in, also monitor helps with motivation for food
  • Ideas - dont get overly set on one path as many paths in future
  • Routine established here of getting sorted for gym very good
  • Prime self - Tony robbins here
  • Gym Music list add 2 more songs
  • Idea - Design diet around life
  • Idea - Python script for kindle notes write up
  • Idea - Research TopOCR - Handwritten to txt - Test here
  • Next day plan, keystone - Make time at 11.30 to do this

b Work

  • Smalls plan - Focus on get through as much as possible
  • Good using skills in public for everyone to see here
  • Get protein bar instead if necessary - health benefit, finance
  • Asking for help very good way to get it, try to do this more often
  • Put up machine and time it so finish up at 4.30 good

  • Tired morning still, fine up though, review sleep ideas to improve it

  • Meditation can be quiet sometimes on train, work on that
  • Nice getting home earlier, see how can do in future finance etc

  • Remember face cream here
  • Find kindle time as well

  • Allocation - Have set plan, test slide, yesterday stuff, allocate and work with partner
  • Very productive thanks to next day plan reminder
  • Asking help pays off, do more in future
  • Good organisation here

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

  • Tired morning still, fine up though, review sleep ideas to improve it

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.3kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal - Oprah
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - exhilarate
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Also SAH planning stuff
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift from Hannah to station
  • Listening to ted talk - science how parent affect children
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Here did meditation for a bit

  • Then off train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in Allocation with Donna, told vee about away early
  • Also got June 10 and 11th off
  • Then went for break here at 10.00

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Print out info for meeting today x2 copies, also bank ref as well
  • Had to speak to liz to get meeting ones as printer ink low
  • Get email for ronald mcdonald sorted out
  • Email Allan for reference here as well
  • Chat in Foyer for a bit

  • Very productive thanks to next day plan reminder

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on allocation
  • Troubleshooting for gastrectomy specimen at wishaw
  • Then finished up at 12

A lift to Westerton

  • Got lift from Dave here, after drop off keys, card
  • Chat Dave here about life, music etc
  • Mention new senior role advert

5. Westerton

  • Here get set up
  • Then check inside or out, managed to get agreement on inside as wet
  • Here inside, had a nice chat with everyone and lunch - burger, ok but too much salad etc
  • Meeting - Here discussion, got it plan for ninewells in future meeting
  • Also agree to speak Allan - Manager list for email SAH members, also speak lianne about dave T drive sah folder
  • Also suggest new members search - invite maria possibly

6. Head back

  • Chat dave, night out chat as well holiday away berwick end of june
  • Now home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed Murray
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then left for walk Murray

  • Then had pizza that Hannah ordered in for dinner
  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also chat with mum and dad on whatsapp = Speaking about holiday plan in june
  • Then Hannah bed
  • Then tv - but too tired as then dozed till 2.35 then bed

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health flossed, used corsodyl then brushed teeth
  • Then bed and sleep at 2.40
