Yesterday Improvements

a Life

  • Idea - Look at what people do - Improve life as can model actions
  • Cold shower - Help overcome malaise I had - Use this future priming
  • Bed late - Upset hannah no lift to work - Future listen to alarm
  • Idea - Legal training courses, citizen advice - Extra knowledge law might be useful
  • Talk Hannah at this point waste of time = Ignore her unless she is being nice in future

  • Idea - Develop a flotilla of abilities and skills - Make me unstoppable

b Work

1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.3kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal billionaire habits
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as new body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Added word of the day as well - Flotilla
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift to station
  • Arrived at station then train

  • Here did meditation for a bit
  • Then off train
  • Walked on down, chat Paul locum who also here

3. Work

  • In Lab, said hello people and get started up
  • Then in HPV with Nathan and courtney, later on Paul
  • Then did the usual went to go set up kits etc
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in Foyer
  • Also updated journal here as well

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on HPV
  • Then got everything up and running
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Then to shop for choc for £2.67
  • In library and browsed here
  • Also updated journal and emails sorting
  • Then back to work

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on HPV machines setting up here
  • Then cleared up
  • Now then away at 3.45.

7. coatdyke

  • Now walk to station
  • Called Hannah to let her know on way home

  • Here on train, then head home

  • Now got lift Hannah home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray, chat Hannah briefly
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed Murray
  • Then dinner of pizza that Hannah got me
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then left for walk Murray

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Also chat with mum and dad on whatsapp = Speaking about coming round tomorrow
  • Hannah bed, gave her backrub later on as well
  • Here went to update journal + notion, tv watch - some avengers endgame
  • Also relax as well
  • Went to relax and browse then dozed till 12.35 then bed

  • Sleep plan need work

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health flossed, used listerine
  • Then bed and sleep at 12.40
