1. Wake up

  • To plan for today I awoke at 6.00, remembering not to abjure this with time, instead Paean it
  • Now to make myself magical I travelled the journey to the bathroom

A    Bathroom

  • Then I went to take care oral health brushed my teeth. Then shaving was fine.
  • To keep eye on Health weigh self 84.4kg
  • Listening youtube - Evan carmicheal new habits 30 days
  • To improve hygeine, I showered here, cold shower. Bonus health using shampoo as well as body wash and facegel stuff
  • To get sorted out and went to change
  • Now to get sorted headed on downstairs

2.   Downstairs

  • Here went to go feed and let Murray out
  • Did quick exercise 25 push ups
  • Also vitamins taken + cereal with fruit, nuts and seeds, not needing to use epicure taste here as food was still good
  • Also did training with Murray here sit, paws, down, roll over and wait, come
  • Then did meditation for 10 mins to relax self
  • Updated myfitnesspal here as well
  • Added word of the day as well - Divers
  • Also got journal updated here and notion
  • Duolingo work as well here
  • Then leave at 7.50 here

3. Adventure

  • To get to work I got lift from hannah
  • Here chatted for a while
  • Arrived at station then train

3. Work

  • In Lab, say hello people and get started up
  • Then in ICC with Carol and Colin
  • Then went for break here at 10.30

A Break

  • Now went to go and enjoy nice break
  • Chat in tea room for a bit
  • Chatted Linda about dentist here as well
  • Also updated journal here as well

4 Lab

  • Now back, did work on ICC here again
  • Did work to set up new control measuring database and get usual work done
  • Did cell block, spoke with LG about loops for cell blocks blue ones
  • Then finished up at 1

A lunch

  • Went to shop, got choc for £2.67
  • Then to library, did some browsing here
  • Then update journal here

  • Look notion before go for lunch

5. Lab

  • Here went to work on ICC setting up for a while and helping out Colin again
  • Also cell block work
  • Then cleared up before break

Break

  • Then out to the tea room and chat here
  • Got journal sorted as well here

6.Lab

  • Went to go work in ICC, did work on machines
  • Now then away at 4.45.

  • Put up one machine before tea

  • Now walk to station

a Train

  • Here did some browsing for a bit

B Easterhouse

  • Now walked on back home

8. Home

  • Then home, welcome Murray
  • Got changed upstairs
  • Next went to go and feed murray
  • Order in pizza for dinner
  • Now went to browse notion here and news
  • Then later on went to go and walk Murray quickly

Reflect

  • Pizza not as fun as thought it would be

  • Here took Murray walk quickly round estate
  • Then head home

9.  Home

  • Then work on notion and journal here
  • Then Hannah home, also chat tony + his mum and dad who were round as well, nice news as his mum cancer treatment confirmed free of it
  • Hannah bed chat after chat mum about caravan trip next month
  • Also search for interview notes from while back, but appear to be gone, except in notion
  • Here went to update journal + notion, relax
  • Went to relax and browse till 12.30 then bed

  • When in relax mood, check account and turn off LJ at same time

6.  Bed

  • To Improve health used floss, listerine brush teeth and face cream
  • Then in bed, browse then read kindle
  • Then bed and sleep at 1.00
